Mobile Ticket Guide
THE ORANGE BOWL MOBILE APP
Download the Orange Bowl Mobile App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
NOTE: Please ensure your Orange Bowl Mobile App is updated to the latest version. If the mobile app does not seem to be functioning correctly, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the app.
HOW TO VIEW MOBILE TICKETS
1. From the Orange Bowl Mobile App homepage, tap on the Tickets Icon on the lower bar.
2. Tap on the event you want to access your tickets for.
3. Tap “View My Tickets” to be directed to the Ticketmaster Orange Bowl account manager.
4. Enter the email address and password associated with your account.
NOTE: Signing in for the first time? Enter the email address you used to purchase your tickets and select “Forgot Password”. You will be sent an email and prompted to create your Orange Bowl account.
5. Tap on your individual tickets to the event and have them ready at your gate to be scanned so you can enter. Alternatively, tap on the “Add Tickets to Wallet” button on the Tickets page to save your event tickets to your mobile wallet.

HOW TO TRANSFER MOBILE TICKETS
1. To transfer your tickets, select “Transfer”.
2. Enter the information of the person you would like to transfer the tickets to and finalize the process by selecting “Transfer”.
NOTE: Before sending, confirm with your recipient that you are sending to their correct mobile phone number or email address associated with their Ticketmaster account.
NOTE: Please confirm that the recipient of the transferred tickets hits “Accept Tickets” in order to complete the ticket transfer. Tickets are not fully transferred until recipient accepts the tickets.
HOW TO ACCEPT A TICKET TRANSFER
1. When someone sends you a ticket via text, you will receive a link in your text messages. Tap the link to accept your tickets.
2. When someone sends you a ticket via email, you will receive a link in your email inbox. Click “Accept Tickets”.
3. After clicking the link, log in to your Orange Bowl account via Ticketmaster and the tickets will automatically be accepted in your account and accessible through the Orange Bowl Mobile App.
Frequently Asked Questions
The 2023 AutoNation Orange Bowl Basketball Classic will be tip off on Saturday, December 9 at FLA Live Arena. Game times will be announced at a later date.
The 2023 AutoNation Orange Bowl Basketball Classic will feature the Florida Gators vs. the Richmond Spiders, and the Florida State Seminoles vs. the South Florida Bulls.
The home to the AutoNation Orange Bowl Basketball Classic is FLA Live Arena, a state-of-the-art facility that is also home to the Florida Panthers Hockey Club and host to exciting events such as concerts, family shows and other major touring acts.
FLA Live Arena is an 872,000 square-foot facility which seats up to 19,250 for hockey and 20,000 for basketball, family shows and concerts. The Center provides 7,600 on-site parking spaces.

Car parking passes for the AutoNation Orange Bowl Basketball Classic are not sold in advance. Event day parking at the FLA Live Arena is as follows:
- GENERAL PARKING: $25.00
- CLUB PARKING: $35.00
- VALET: $45.00
- Garage: $55.00
- LIMO: $50.00
- BUS/RV: $100.00
Buses & RVs should enter at Gate 7.
You may enter through any gate.
The ADA designated spaces are offered on a first come, first served basis and are located in Lot 6 adjacent to the Main Gate. Please follow the signs and display the proper placard on your rearview mirror to assist parking attendants in directing you to this area without delay.

Player Will Call will be located at the South side of the FLA Live Arena – South VIP entrance in Lobby.

FLA Live Arena Bag Policy
The FLA Live Arena has instituted a new safety policy this year, which is inclusive of the AutoNation Orange Bowl Basketball Classic. The new safety policy affects the type and size of bags that are permitted into the arena — not the items that fans normally need to bring to a game. Fans may continue to carry pocket items such as keys, makeup, combs, phones, wallets and credit cards.
Below are the approved bags fans may carry into the arena:
- One bag that is clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and does not exceed 12” by 6” and 12” or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
- In addition to one of the clear bags noted above, fans may also carry in a small clutch bag or purse approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap.
- Diapers and wipes can be carried in a clear bag. Each member of a family, including children, will be able to carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse, providing ample storage capacity.
Items such as smart phones, binoculars and cameras will still be permitted into the arena. This policy is meant to speed up the process of entering the arena along with increasing security measures.
