The head coaches from both schools playing in the 2011 Orange Bowl highlight the AvMed Orange Bowl Coaches Luncheon. Interviews are conducted with the participating coaches and star players, while the annual Hall of Fame class is honored, as well as the Orange Bowl Committee Edwin Pope Vanguard Media Award Winner.
