Entry forms are available at Orange Bowl displays at Publix Super Markets, Inc. Fill out the official Publix entry form and mail to the address shown on the front of the form. Only properly completed official Publix entry forms will be accepted. No purchase necessary. Entries become property of the Orange Bowl Committee (OBC) and will not be returned. Publix and Orange Bowl Committee not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete or misdirected entries.
Odds of winning will depend on the number of actual entries mailed in. Ten drawings will determine the winners of each Orange Bowl Festival prize package. An additional drawing will determine the winner for the Grand Prize. Drawings will be held at the Orange Bowl Committee office on December 26, 2011 at 9:00 AM. During the contest ten (10) pairs of Discover Orange Bowl tickets and Orange Bowl Game Day Fan Zone tickets ($260 value per package) and a National Championship grand prize package ($2,000 value) will be awarded.
Entry forms for the Orange Bowl Festival package and National Championship packages will be accepted from November 14, 2011 until the morning of the drawing on December 26, 2011. [Entries must be postmarked with a date no later than December 23, 2011]
Orange Bowl Committee reserves sole discretion to select prizes and/or grand prize. OBC will be responsible for providing all prizes; purchased via its operating budget or provided in-kind.
Winners will be responsible for any federal, state and local taxes on prizes (where applicable).
All decisions on eligibility and availability of winners rest solely with the Orange Bowl Committee and such decisions are final. OBC shall disclose winners as required by law. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release.
Employees of the Orange Bowl Committee and Publix, their affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, suppliers, advertising, print and promotion agencies and the "immediate families" of each are not eligible to win. The term "immediate families" includes only spouses, parents and children.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash. No substitutions for prizes can be made. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. No purchase or contribution is necessary to register. You must be 18 years of age to win.

Discover Orange Bowl "Train" Sweepstakes Official Rules
Discover Orange Bowl "Train" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins December 5, 2011 and ends December 26 , 2011 ("Sweepstakes Period"), which is being held by The Orange Bowl Committee, Inc., a Florida nonprofit corporation, whose principal place of business is located at 14360 NW 77th Court Miami Lakes FL 33016. The Sweepstakes are open to all legal U.S. residents of the Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe Counties, Florida (the "Contestant Area"), who are at least 18 years of age as of November 1st , 2011 . Employees of The Orange Bowl Committee, Inc. along with their agencies, licensors, prize suppliers, respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and such employees’ immediate families and household members are not eligible. The Sweepstakes are sponsored and administered by The Orange Bowl Committee, Inc. ("Sponsor").
