How do I update my contact information?
To update your contact information, you can click here and enter your Account ID/email address and pin number. If you do not have your pin number, email your changes to tickets@orangebowl.org. Please include your account id or email address that is registered on the account for reference.
Can I upgrade my Discover Orange Bowl or MetroPCS Orange Bowl Basketball Classic Tickets? Can I add tickets to my account?
Submit your request to upgrade or add seats along with your return payment or send the request via email to tickets@orangebowl.org. All requests are based on seniority and availability. The Orange Bowl Committee (OBC) will contact you to discuss options. Your account must be in good standing to finalize any additional seats. For any other ticket changes please contact the OBC Ticket Office at 305.341.4702.

When do tickets for the Discover Orange Bowl/Orange Bowl Basketball Classic go on sale?

When are Discover Orange Bowl Tickets shipped?
Tickets are shipped the first week of December via FedEx. A tracking number is emailed for each order before they are shipped.
Which team is home and which is away? And which side of the stadium are they on?
The ACC Champion is considered the Home team, while the BCS At-Large team is considered the visiting team. The Home Team occupies the south bench and the visiting team has the north bench. The home and away teams for the 2012 Discover Orange Bowl will be designated on ‘Selection Sunday’ in early December.
I purchased tickets from a third party (ticket broker, friend, eBay, etc.). Can you tell me if they are authentic?
We are unable to verify the validity of tickets purchased from a third party source. The only way to guarantee authenticity is to purchase tickets directly from the Orange Bowl or one of the participating teams’ athletic departments.
I lost my tickets, can I have them reprinted?
The original Orange Bowl accountholder of record needs to contact the Ticket Office to have their tickets reprinted. The fee is $25.
I need accessible (ADA) seating for the game. How do I purchase these seats?
Please call the Orange Bowl Committee Ticket Office at 305.341.4702 to purchase these tickets. If purchasing directly from the participating schools, be sure to specify your needs during that process.
