Students K-12 in Miami-Dade and Broward County will have the chance to participate in the 2021 Orange Bowl Creative Art Contest, which focuses on a different theme every year. All students K-12 in Miami-Dade and Broward County are eligible to submit artwork and have the opportunity to win one of 14 prizes.
The Orange Bowl has sent contest rules and instructions directly to all schools in South Florida, so before entering this contest on your own, check with your teachers first to see if your class is submitting artwork together.

Kindergarten - 2nd Grade

Art work will be reviewed by OBC staff and committee members.
Must be original work
Show good use of design
The theme should be represented in the poster
Utilize medium or media that will not smear
Maximum Size 18’’ x 24’’
Posters must include: South Florida, OBIE mascot, college football and the 2021 theme
All entries must be submitted digitally or to the OBC office by Friday, November 19th at 5:00 P.M. ET
Winners will receive the following prizes, to include gift cards provided by
First Prize (four winners): $200 Gift Card + $50 BLICK Art Materials Gift Card
Second Prize (four winners): $100 Gift Card + $50 BLICK Art Materials Gift Card
Third Prize (four winners): $50 Gift Card + $50 BLICK Art Materials Gift Card
Grand Prize (one winner): $500 gift card and a Custom Orange Bowl Bike + $200 BLICK Art Materials Gift Card
The Grand Prize winner will also receive two (2) tickets to the Playoff Semifinal Capital One Orange Bowl on December 31st, 2021.
The school that submits the most entries will have an Orange Bowl takeover celebration at the school (format to be dictated by school’s COVID protocols)
All student winners will receive four (4) tickets to the 2021 AutoNation Orange Bowl Basketball Classic on December 18, 2021
The Grand Prize winner’s artwork will be featured as a full page acknowledgement in the 2021 Playoff Semifinal at the Capital One Orange Bowl game program and he/she will receive special recognition during the game.
For entries mailed or delivered to the OBC Office:
Posters should show good use of design and the theme should be represented in the poster. Students should use medium or media that will not smear.
The maximum poster size is 18” x 24” and each student can submit one.
All entries must have a completed official registration attached to the back of the poster. The form can be obtained from the school art teachers, downloaded from the Orange Bowl Website.
Posters must be delivered or mailed by November 19th, 2021 at 5:00 P.M. EST to:

For entries submitted online:
Take a photo of your artwork OR save your digital artwork in .jpg format.
If submitting a photo, it should be of JUST the artwork.
Fit the art to the frame as best as possible.
Make sure the artwork is in good lighting.
Finally fill out the entry form and submit your artwork digitally.
