Download the Orange Bowl Mobile App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
NOTE: Please ensure your Orange Bowl Mobile App is updated to the latest version. If the mobile app does not seem to be functioning correctly, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the app.
HOW TO VIEW MOBILE TICKETS
1. From the Orange Bowl Mobile App homepage, tap on the Tickets Icon on the lower bar.
2. Tap on the event you want to access your tickets for.
3. Tap “View My Tickets” to be directed to the Ticketmaster Orange Bowl account manager.
4. Enter the email address and password associated with your account.
NOTE: Signing in for the first time? Enter the email address you used to purchase your tickets and select “Forgot Password”. You will be sent an email and prompted to create your Orange Bowl account.
5. Tap on your individual tickets to the event and have them ready at your gate to be scanned so you can enter. Alternatively, tap on the “Add Tickets to Wallet” button on the Tickets page to save your event tickets to your mobile wallet.

HOW TO TRANSFER MOBILE TICKETS
1. To transfer your tickets, select “Transfer”.
2. Enter the information of the person you would like to transfer the tickets to and finalize the process by selecting “Transfer”.
NOTE: Before sending, confirm with your recipient that you are sending to their correct mobile phone number or email address associated with their Ticketmaster account.
NOTE: Please confirm that the recipient of the transferred tickets hits “Accept Tickets” in order to complete the ticket transfer. Tickets are not fully transferred until recipient accepts the tickets.
HOW TO ACCEPT A TICKET TRANSFER
1. When someone sends you a ticket via text, you will receive a link in your text messages. Tap the link to accept your tickets.
2. When someone sends you a ticket via email, you will receive a link in your email inbox. Click “Accept Tickets”.
3. After clicking the link, log in to your Orange Bowl account via Ticketmaster and the tickets will automatically be accepted in your account and accessible through the Orange Bowl Mobile App.

There are a couple different reasons as to why may be unable to view your Orange Bowl tickets, but the most common reasoning is because you have more than one Ticketmaster account (usually stemming from previous event purchases on Ticketmaster).

The NFL has maintained its safety policy for all stadiums this year, which includes Hard Rock Stadium where the Capital One Orange Bowl will be played. The safety policy affects the type and size of bags that are permitted into the stadium — not the items that fans normally need to bring to a game. Fans may continue to carry pocket items such as keys, makeup, combs, phones, wallets and credit cards.
Below are the approved bags fans may carry into the stadium:
- One bag that is clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and does not exceed 12” by 6” and 12” or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
- In addition to one of the clear bags noted above, fans may also carry in a small clutch bag or purse approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap.
- An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at Gate E designated for this purpose.
- Diapers and wipes can be carried in a clear bag. Each member of a family, including children, will be able to carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse, providing ample storage capacity.
Items such as smart phones, binoculars and cameras will still be permitted into the stadium. This policy is meant to speed up the process of entering the stadium along with increasing security measures.

TO AVOID DELAYS AT THE GATE, AND FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS, THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED:

- Bags
- Purses or bags that exceed 12″ X 6″ X 12″
- Bottles, cans, thermoses, coolers, hard containers, umbrellas, strollers, poles, brooms, noise makers, laser pointers and selfie sticks
- Any other item(s) deemed dangerous or inappropriate
- Cameras with lenses exceeding 8″
- Food
- Unmanned aircraft systems, radio controlled model aircraft and other devices that can be operated in airspace, i.e. drone.

No – when the Capital One Orange Bowl hosts a Semifinal matchup that will be the only game played.
The Capital One Orange Bowl has hosted a Playoff Semifinal in the 2014-15, 2017-18 and 2020-21 seasons. In 2024-25, the Capital One Orange Bowl will host a Playoff Semifinal game (Jan. 9, 2025), and it will host a Playoff Quarterfinal game in 2025-26 (Jan. 1, 2026). In addition, Miami/South Florida will host a CFP National Championship game on January 19, 2026
The team representing the ACC will be the home team on the South sideline, and the team representing the SEC, Big Ten or Notre Dame will be the away team on the North sideline.
The Capital One Orange Bowl will host the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Champion or the highest-ranked ACC team if the champion is in the playoff, against a top opponent from the Big Ten, SEC, or Notre Dame.
