The 90th Capital One Orange Bowl will kick off on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at 4 p.m. ET. at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Fla. The game will be televised on ESPN and will feature a matchup between the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Champion (or the highest-ranked ACC team if the champion is in the playoff), against the highest ranked non-playoff, non-champion from the Big Ten, SEC, or Notre Dame.

The Orange Bowl Committee recently elected its 2023-24 board of directors and officers during its February membership meeting, and officially welcomed nine new active members at the March membership meeting. With these additions, the Orange Bowl Committee now consists of 396 members.

Celebrity Chef Kenny Gilbert is set to headline the Orange Bowl Food & Wine Celebration presented by Florida Blue. The celebration, which will take place on Friday, April 28 at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, is Orange Bowl’s signature fundraiser with more than $150,000 in proceeds benefiting Make-A-Wish Southern Florida, Special Olympics Florida and Orange Bowl Cares.

In celebration of Teacher Appreciation Week, the Capital One Orange Bowl, in partnership with the College Football Playoff Foundation and ESPN, is providing $25,000 to teachers in the South Florida community.​

The Orange Bowl Committee officially welcomed 12 new Active Members for the 2021-22 year. These individuals were elected at the March Membership Meeting. John P. “Jack” Seiler has officially been announced as the Orange Bowl Committee's 83rd President and Chair as of January 12, 2021. Seiler, whose grandfather Earnie Seiler was one of the original founders of the Orange Bowl Committee, has been a member of the Orange Bowl Committee (OBC) since 1994 and a board member since 1999. He succeeds Immediate Past President & Chair, Jeff E. Rubin.
