Why are my tickets not in my Ticketmaster account?

There are a couple different reasons as to why may be unable to view your Orange Bowl tickets, but the most common reasoning is because you have more than one Ticketmaster account (usually stemming from previous event purchases on Ticketmaster).

• To access your Orange Bowl tickets, you will need to utilize the account associated with the email address that was used to purchase or accept a transfer of the Orange Bowl tickets in question.
• Forgot your password to that account? Passwords can be reset by utilizing the email address associated with the tickets and clicking “Forgot Password.

To update your contact information, you can login to your account HERE and enter your Account ID number/email address and password.

Will the Orange Bowl follow the same protocol as the NFL’s Bag Policy?

The NFL has maintained its safety policy for all stadiums this year, which includes Hard Rock Stadium where the Capital One Orange Bowl will be played.  The safety policy affects the type and size of bags that are permitted into the stadium — not the items that fans normally need to bring to a game. Fans may continue to carry pocket items such as keys, makeup, combs, phones, wallets and credit cards.

Below are the approved bags fans may carry into the stadium:

• One bag that is clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and does not exceed 12” by 6” and 12” or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
• In addition to one of the clear bags noted above, fans may also carry in a small clutch bag or purse approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap.
• An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at Gate E designated for this purpose.
• Diapers and wipes can be carried in a clear bag. Each member of a family, including children, will be able to carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse, providing ample storage capacity.

Items such as smart phones, binoculars and cameras will still be permitted into the stadium. This policy is meant to speed up the process of entering the stadium along with increasing security measures.

What conferences are associated with the Capital One Orange Bowl game?

The Capital One Orange Bowl will host the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Champion or the highest-ranked ACC team if the champion is in the playoff, against a top opponent from the Big Ten, SEC, or Notre Dame.

When the Capital One Orange Bowl hosts a College Football Playoff Semifinal, we will host either the 1st ranked team vs. 4th ranked team or the 2nd ranked team vs. the 3rd ranked team in the final CFP rankings.

Which team is home and which is away? And which side of the stadium are they on?

For the 2022 Capital One Orange Bowl, the team representing the ACC will be the home team on the South sideline, and the team representing the SEC, Big Ten or Notre Dame will be the away team on the North sideline.

In what years will the Capital One Orange Bowl host a Playoff game?

The Capital One Orange Bowl has hosted a Playoff Semifinal in 2015, 2018 and 2021, and will also host one in 2024. The current CFP model is contracted through the end of the 2025-26 season.

Information regarding Hard Rock Stadium policies (e.g. re-entry, alcohol, tailgating, guest services, lost and found, etc)?

STADIUM ENTRY/POLICIES
TO AVOID DELAYS AT THE GATE, AND FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS, THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED:

• Alcohol
• Bags
• Purses or bags that exceed 12″ X 6″ X 12″
• Bottles, cans, thermoses, coolers, hard containers, umbrellas, strollers, poles, brooms, noise makers, laser pointers and selfie sticks
• Any other item(s) deemed dangerous or inappropriate
• Cameras with lenses exceeding 8″
• Food
• Unmanned aircraft systems, radio controlled model aircraft and other devices that can be operated in airspace, i.e. drone.
• FANS WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO CARRY THE FOLLOWING STYLE AND SIZE BAG, PACKAGE, OR CONTAINER AT STADIUM PLAZA AREAS, STADIUM GATES, OR WHEN APPROACHING QUEUE LINES OF FANS AWAITING ENTRY INTO THE STADIUM:

• All guests are subject to mandated search
• The stadium will not be responsible for items left at any of the entry gates
• All belongings are subject to search
• Inebriated and unmanageable guests will not be admitted entry into the stadium
• Guests, including children two (2) and older, must have valid tickets with them at all times and show it upon request.
• No ticket resale on Hard Rock Stadium property.
• The guests should return any restricted articles to his/her vehicle. Hard Rock Stadium will not be responsible for any items left at or near a stadium entrance.

GUEST RELATIONS

• Guest Relations booths on game days are located in Sections 104, 132, 218, 246, M18, M46, 304, 332. Concierge also located at 218, 246, M18, and M46. You may also reach the Guest Relations department by calling (305) 943-8000 on non-event days.
• Lost and found: If you should misplace an item at Hard Rock Stadium, we are here to assist you with our Lost and Found department located at Guest Relations booths on game-days in Sections 104, 132, 218,246, M18, M46, 304, and 332. You may also reach the Guest Relations department by calling (305)943-8000 on non-event days.

SERVICES FOR GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES

• Seating for guests with disabilities is available and can be purchased by calling the Orange Bowl Ticket Office at (305) 341-4701
• Please direct all questions regarding disability access to Club Level/ADA services to the Orange Bowl Ticket Office at (305) 341-4701.
• All seats are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Gate Entry and Elevators: Public elevators are available in Hard Rock Stadium.
• There are four elevators located at the North Gate and South Gate.
