MIAMI LAKES, Fla. (March 28, 2025) – The countdown is on for one of South Florida’s most anticipated culinary and charitable events! The Orange Bowl Food & Wine Celebration presented by Florida Blue is set to return to Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood on April 11 from 7:30 – 10:30 p.m. ET, offering guests an unforgettable night of food, drinks, and entertainment—all in support of the Orange Bowl Cares initiatives.
The annual event will bring together over 40 of South Florida’s top chefs and restaurants, treating attendees to unlimited food and beverage tastings, live music, celebrity appearances, a silent auction, and more. As part of this year’s theme, “A Road Trip Through South Florida,” guests will embark on a culinary journey highlighting the region’s diverse flavors.
Additionally, participating restaurants will compete for coveted titles, including Best Presentation, Best Flavor, Most Creative, Best Bite, Best Dessert, and the Orange Bowl Food & Wine Celebration 2025 Champion, as voted on by attendees and celebrity judges.
“The Orange Bowl Food & Wine Celebration is more than just a great night out—it’s an opportunity to make a real impact in our community,” said Henri Crockett, Orange Bowl Committee President & Chair. “Each year, the proceeds from this event help fund scholarships, youth sports programs, and community projects that change lives. We’re excited to welcome guests back to the Hard Rock for an evening of incredible food, great company, and meaningful giving.”
“Florida Blue is proud of its longstanding partnership and support of the Orange Bowl, Orange Bowl Committee, and the Orange Bowl Food and Wine Celebration,” said David Wagner, market president, Florida Blue. “Our work with the Orange Bowl is about so much more than football; just like the work of the Orange Bowl Committee is about so much more than a game. Together we support scholarships, mentoring programs, youth sports, leadership development, and community legacy projects that create a lifetime of impact.”
Participating restaurants will have to bring their A-game as well – all attendees will be able to vote on their favorite dishes of the evening as chefs compete for coveted awards at the conclusion of the event. Specialty awards will also be decided on by special guest judges, including:
- Mike Cugno, CBS Miami Sports Anchor
- Theo Dorsey, ESPN West Palm Radio Host
- Caro the Tour Guide, Local Tour Guide and Influencer
- Valesica, Tamara, and Anaise, Emmy Award-Winning Island TV’s Producers of “Caribbean Cookout”
