The 2026 College Football Playoff Quarterfinal at the Capital One Orange Bowl kicks off on Thursday, January 1, 2026, at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Fla.

The winners of two of this year’s quarterfinal matchups played on December 31, 2024 (Vrbo Fiesta Bowl) and January 1, 2025 (Allstate Sugar Bowl) will face off in the 2025 College Football Playoff Semifinal at the Capital One Orange Bowl.

There are a couple different reasons as to why you may be unable to view your Orange Bowl tickets, but the most common reason is because you have more than one Ticketmaster account (usually stemming from previous event purchases on Ticketmaster).

• To access your Orange Bowl tickets, you will need to utilize the account associated with the email address that was used to purchase or accept a transfer of the Orange Bowl tickets in question.
• Forgot your password to that account? Passwords can be reset by utilizing the email address associated with the tickets and clicking “Forgot Password”.

Still not seeing your tickets?

• Try logging out and logging back into Account Manager.
• Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

Further Troubleshooting:

• Ticket transfer recipients need to create their own accounts through the Orange Bowl app or website (ticketmaster.com/orangebowl).
• Once tickets have been transferred and accepted by the recipient, the tickets will no longer be available in the original ticket holders account.
• All Orange Bowl event tickets are digital only.
• Call the Orange Bowl Ticket Office to receive assistance at (305) 341-4701.

No – when the Capital One Orange Bowl hosts a CFP Playoff matchup, that will be the only game played.

The Capital One Orange Bowl has hosted a Playoff Semifinal in the 2014-15, 2017-18 and 2020-21 seasons. In 2024-25, the Capital One Orange Bowl will host a Playoff Semifinal game (Jan. 9, 2025), and it will host a Playoff Quarterfinal game in 2025-26 (Jan. 1, 2026). In addition, Miami/South Florida will host a CFP National Championship game on January 19, 2026.

The team with the highest seeding will be designated the home team.

The team emerging from the Allstate Sugar Bowl will occupy the south sideline and will have their team ticket allotment located in the NE quadrant.

The team emerging from the Vrbo Fiesta Bowl will occupy the north sideline and will have their team ticket allotment located in the NW quadrant.

The NFL has maintained its safety policy for all stadiums this year, which includes Hard Rock Stadium where the Capital One Orange Bowl will be played.  The safety policy affects the type and size of bags that are permitted into the stadium — not the items that fans normally need to bring to a game. Fans may continue to carry pocket items such as keys, makeup, combs, phones, wallets and credit cards.

Below are the approved bags fans may carry into the stadium:

• One bag that is clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and does not exceed 12” by 6” and 12” or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
• In addition to one of the clear bags noted above, fans may also carry in a small clutch bag or purse approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap.
• An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at Gate E designated for this purpose.
• Diapers and wipes can be carried in a clear bag. Each member of a family, including children, will be able to carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse, providing ample storage capacity.

Items such as smart phones, binoculars and cameras will still be permitted into the stadium. This policy is meant to speed up the process of entering the stadium along with increasing security measures.

TO AVOID DELAYS AT THE GATE, AND FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS, THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED:

• Bottles, cans, thermoses, coolers, hard containers, umbrellas, strollers, poles, brooms, noise makers, laser pointers and selfie sticks
• Any other item(s) deemed dangerous or inappropriate
• Cameras with lenses exceeding 8″
• Food
• Unmanned aircraft systems, radio controlled model aircraft and other devices that can be operated in airspace, i.e. drone.
• FANS WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO CARRY THE FOLLOWING STYLE AND SIZE BAG, PACKAGE, OR CONTAINER AT STADIUM PLAZA AREAS, STADIUM GATES, OR WHEN APPROACHING QUEUE LINES OF FANS AWAITING ENTRY INTO THE STADIUM:

• The guests should return any restricted articles to his/her vehicle. Hard Rock Stadium will not be responsible for any items left at or near a stadium entrance.
