Can I upgrade my Discover Orange Bowl, Discover BCS National Championship or Orange Bowl Basketball Classic Tickets? Can I add tickets to my account?
Due to the very high renewal rate expected, upgrades and add-ons are unlikely for the 2013 Orange Bowl and BCS Championship game. However we will be happy to review any requests for the Orange Bowl Basketball Classic. Submit your upgrade request/Additional seats request with your return payment or send an upgrade request/additional seats request via email to tickets@orangebowl.org. All requests are based on: 1) Seniority of the account 2) Remaining inventory after the renewal process has been completed. The Orange Bowl Committee (OBC) will contact you directly if the opportunity to relocate/add seats becomes available.

I received complimentary Game Day Fan Zone passes for the Orange Bowl. Why is there a cost associated with the Game Day Fan Zone for the BCS National Championship Game? Am I required to buy the Game Day Fan Zone tickets?
The Orange Bowl Committee provides complimentary Game Day Fan Zone passes for the Discover Orange Bowl Game to all Patrons on the Lower Level and Club Level that renew their seats. We are not able to provide passes free of charge of the BCS National Championship Game Day Fan Zone due to limited space available and the expected demand for the event from fans of participating schools. However we did want to ensure our annual Patrons had the first opportunity secure passes for this great pre-game event. You are not required to purchase the Game Day Fan Zone passes and can remove them from your account online or may contact the Orange Bowl Ticket Sales and Service Department at tickets@orangebowl.org or (305) 34-4701.

Can I purchase only the Discover BCS National Championship Game seats and not renew my Orange Bowl tickets?
No, in order to purchase the 2013 Discover BCS National Championship tickets offered in your renewal package you must also purchase the corresponding number of 2013 Discover Orange Bowl seats. However you may purchase 2012 Discover Orange Bowl tickets only.

Is there a waiting list for the Discover Orange Bowl or Discover BCS National Championship tickets?
For the Discover Orange Bowl you may sign up for the ‘priority’ wait list for $25 per seat or the regular wait list at no cost. Those on the priority waitlist will be given the first opportunity to purchase the best available seating locations. Those on the regular wait list will be provided an opportunity to purchase seats in advance of the general public but after those on the priority wait list.
We do not expect to have seats available to the general public for the 2012 Discover BCS National Championship. If seats are available the first priority will go to those that have purchased 2013 Discover Orange Bowl seats. You may also purchase ‘TeamTix’ –which guarantees the right and obligation to purchase a face value ticket(s) to the 2013 Discover BCS National Championship Game for a specific team should they be selected to play in the BCS National Championship Game. How much is parking and do I need to purchase in advance?
For the Discover Orange Bowl Orange General Parking is $20 in advance and $30 on the day of the game. For the Discover BCS National Championship Game Orange General Parking is $40. (Renewing customer will be offered the same parking locations as purchased last year. Premium lot pricing is listed on your renewal invoice.) We highly recommend purchasing parking in advance.

When are Orange Bowl event tickets, including the Discover Orange Bowl and BCS National Championship Game, shipped to fans?
Tickets are scheduled to be shipped in early December via FedEx. A tracking number is emailed for each order before they are shipped, provided there is an email address on the account.

Which team is home and which is away? And which side of the stadium are they on?
For the Discover Orange Bowl, the ACC Champion is considered the home team, while the BCS At-Large team is considered the visiting team. For the Discover BCS National Championship Game the top ranked team is considered the home team. The home team occupies the south bench and the visiting team has the north bench. The home and away teams for the 2013 Discover Orange Bowl and BCS National Championship will be designated on Selection Sunday - December 2, 2012.

Unfortunately, we are unable to verify the validity of tickets purchased from a third party source. Your best bet is to purchase your tickets directly from the Orange Bowl Committee or through our Official Fan2Fan Exchange.

I lost my tickets, can I have them reprinted?
The original Orange Bowl Ticketholder needs to contact the Ticket Office to have their tickets reprinted. The fee is $25.

I need accessible (ADA) seating for the game. How do I purchase these seats?
Please call the Orange Bowl Committee Ticket Office at 305.341.4702 to purchase ADA accessible seats. If purchasing directly from the participating schools, be sure to specify your needs during that process.

How are Club Seat locations assigned?
The Miami Dolphins club seat holders have the right of first refusal on the club seats. Once they have completed the renewal process we will receive the inventory and begin to assign seats to patrons. The fulfillment is based on seniority. The actual seat locations may vary from year to year based on availability. Expect to receive your specific seat locations in September, 2012.

Are there any refunds on tickets?
All sales are final. However if a club seat renewal customer is not satisfied with the location assigned they can opt for an alternate location based on availability.
