Orange Bowl Food & Wine Celebration Presented by Florida Blue Returns to Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood on Friday, April 17, 2026

MIAMI LAKES, Fla. (March 3, 2026) — The Orange Bowl Committee today announced that the Orange Bowl Food & Wine Celebration presented by Florida Blue will return to the iconic Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood on Friday, April 17, 2026, for an unforgettable evening featuring South Florida’s top culinary talent, premium wines and spirits, and high-energy entertainment.

Recognized as one of South Florida’s premier culinary events, the Orange Bowl Food & Wine Celebration brings together award-winning chefs, acclaimed restaurants, and distinguished beverage partners for a night that blends exceptional flavors with a vibrant party atmosphere with special guest appearances. Guests will enjoy unlimited tastings from the region’s leading culinary innovators, interactive experiences, and live entertainment — all set against the backdrop of the world-famous Guitar Hotel.

A Culinary Competition with High Stakes

Participating restaurants won’t just be serving great food — they’ll be competing. Throughout the evening, attendees will cast votes to determine the top culinary standouts of the night, while a panel of special guest judges will determine specialty awards. From bold flavors to creative presentation, chefs are encouraged to bring their absolute A-game as they vie for bragging rights and coveted event awards.

At the conclusion of the Celebration, honors will be awarded to the highest-rated restaurants, recognizing excellence in taste, creativity, and overall guest experience. The competitive element adds an extra layer of excitement, raising the stakes and ensuring an unforgettable showcase of South Florida’s best.

Proceeds from the event support Orange Bowl Cares, the Orange Bowl Committee’s year-round schedule of community programming, youth sports initiatives and education efforts that positively impact thousands of South Florida families each year.

“Each year, the Orange Bowl Food & Wine Celebration showcases the very best of South Florida’s culinary scene while supporting our mission of giving back to the community,” said Michael Moran, President & Chair of the Orange Bowl Committee. “We’re thrilled to partner once again with Florida Blue and return to Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood for what promises to be another incredible night.”

“Florida Blue is honored to have a long-standing partnership with the Orange Bowl, the Orange Bowl Committee, and the Orange Bowl Food and Wine Celebration,” said David Wagner, market president, Florida Blue. “Our collaboration extends far beyond the game, as does the Committee’s mission. Together, we make a meaningful difference by supporting scholarships, mentorship programs, youth sports, leadership development, and community legacy initiatives that have a lasting impact.”
